CAMPFIRE COOKING

Hot Cocoa with a Twist

 

INGREDIENTS-

6 cups milk

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS-

Toss everything in the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low for 2 hours, until everything is melted.

 

TOPPINGS-

Marshmallows (toasted is best!)

Whip cream (homemade is best!)

 

TWISTS-

Cowboy Twist: Add some coffee

Christmas Twist: Add some peppermint

Campfire Twist: Add some Cinnamon or Allspice

Mexican Twist: Add a dash of Chili Powder

Santa's Twist: Add a scoop of ice cream

Before Bed Twist: Add a drop of Lavender or Orange Essential Oil

Outlaw Twist: Add a dash or more of your favorite Liquor
